Lucky Elephants!

I had no intentions of following my previous entry about Eunteuk = Kagotsuji, but when I was watching something with Soli, this little image popped up:

The title of this post comes from a Yesung picture where he was being picked up by an elephant I posted awhile ago. A bit later Soli had found the Kyu picture:

However, the whole animal groping onto my favorite idols doesn’t stop there!

They got Makocchan too!

When I compare both of our reactions, I probably envy the first elephant… twisting its trunk all around Yesung like that D<. Meanwhile, if Soli was holding onto Kyuhyun, she would probably melt into a puddle of poo while Namida Ga Tomaranai Houkago plays in the background. I don’t know, whenever I see the PV and the closeups, that’s how I imagine her reaction when she hears Kyukyu sing. In Mako’s case, it’s different. I see this picture and it’s just so cute! While I drool over YehYeh and KyuKyu I take a look at this pic and I notice Mako’s palm hairstyle, her expression and it makes me like the picture as a whole. With her, it started off because of how close she was with Yossy. It was mostly Utaban that made me notice her weird quirks. She was mocked on how she acted as an old woman (eh, it’s true XD) and her open mouth scored points with me. Not only that, her voice was one of my favorites and getting to hear it in shuffle groups or Otome Gumi was always a treat. That and her constant hairstyle changes were pretty awesome. Even when she was shafted to the side I felt that Makoto always tried her best.

For example, I’ve never really watched full episodes of Hello!Morning. At least, the unsubbed ones. To think the reason I downloaded one was Shokotan. XD; It’s not that I hate Shokotan, but at the same time I can’t say that I like her. I should though. She’s an otaku/wota, a geek, cosplayer and idol. For me, it was as if someone from 4chan had turned themselves into an idol. So, why don’t I still like her? It could be those freaky cat pictures I found… anyway, enough of that. Back to Hello! Morning~! After downloading and watching it with Soli (she was staying over that’s why I keep mentioning her fufu~) my opinion about it changed. Even if I couldn’t understand everything they were saying, a lot of the stuff relied on visual gags, so we were laughing throughout the whole episode. In occasions like this is when I remember the reason I started liking Morning Musume so much. The feeling that the girls weren’t afraid to make fun of themselves to entertain. A feeling of closure, perhaps? You know they have no idea who you are, and most of them could careless but with idols, it’s easy to form a bond. In my case, it feels like sometimes I can relate to their personalities, or they’re like someone I’ve met before or someone I would admire.

Yeah, who would have thought? Inaba, Kei and Ayaka singing a C-ute song. Lolololololol <3333 Which is pretty much the same reason that I appreciate Kemeko. In my opinion, it takes guts to make fun of yourself constantly like she did. Makes me shout “YASUDA” over and over.

Somehow, this post morphed into some sort of praise post. It’s nice, I guess. I don’t think this blog was never meant to be taken seriously, it started off as a way for ourselves to have a place to spam with whatever comes to our mind. I mean, I’m not really good at expressing myself or writing, but it feels nice to have a place to post whatever absurd thought I make up. I don’t really gain anything from this, and I even wonder myself why I’m a fan of all these groups. That’s what this blog has turned into for me, my own hideout where I can figure out myself and my fandom.

Aw crap, I got all sentimentaldonghae there. DDD: Hey, now that I mentioned Donghae, is it a bad thing that I compare Eunhae with Yomako? Not so much the members, but the way their friendship (or pairing, whatever) works. Both Makoto and Donghae sticking around and bothering, or acting all happy and spazzy while on the other side Yossy and Eunhyuk would try to play it cool or just join in the silliness. Anyway, I found these two pictures:

Instead of comparing them, I’m imagining Makoto dragging Donghae in that cart. XDD
